Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Arty Magnets processes and ships orders. Prices are shown in Euro (EUR / €). As a registered sole trader in Ireland, we do not charge VAT on our products or shipping.

Order Processing & Production Time

Because every magnet is handmade and personalised to order, please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to create and process your items before they are dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively via UPS. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

• Domestic (Ireland):
  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): €5.00 (Free on orders €65.00 and up)
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): €9.00
• Europe (Eurozone):
  • Standard International (7–14 business days): Flat rate calculated at checkout based on your location.

Note: Delivery transit times are estimates and begin after the 2–4 day production window. Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we guarantee delivery within 30 days of the order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our workspace: Denhu Complex, Walkinstown Avenue, Dublin 12, D12 HW02.
Orders are usually ready within 2–4 business days. Please wait for an email confirming that your items are ready before arriving to collect them.

Delivery Risk & Damaged Items

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please email us at hello@artymagnets.ie within 5 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.
